I am a PhD Candidate in the sociology department, at Indiana University Bloomington. My research centers on immigration, race, and ethnicity, with a focus on Asian Americans. I teach courses on introductory sociology and the sociology of Asian America. In addition to pursuing a doctorate in sociology, I also hold a master’s degree in applied statistics from IU. Prior to Indiana, I obtained a master’s degree in public administration and BS in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University. On weekends, I enjoy running and working on my indecision to join academic twitter.
